We are a professional experienced family-owned custom builder remodeler
that can care for any project big or small.
I'm Greg Carpenter the general contractor/builder and my son, Josh Carpenter,
is our professional painter available for all your painting needs.
With decades of experience you are in good hands.
Home Construction, Remodeling and Repairs
How we Bill
For most small repair jobs we bill a flat rate of $75.00 per hour with a minimum of two hours, plus materials.
Larger jobs, remodeling, and new home construction are either a fixed-price or a cost-plus based contract.
Our charges are in accordance with having a Florida contractor's license and being registered with the City of Punta Gorda. We are fully insured to protect you and your property.
Please be aware of anyone doing work on your home not being properly licensed and insured.
Coastal Homes and any other contractor will gladly provide you with their licenses and insurance certificates prior to starting any work.
